The Digital Skills Coalition was established in 2020 by the Baltic Internet Policy Initiative and the Association “New Group” within the framework of the Belarusian National Platform of the Eastern Partnership Civil Society Forum.
The project focuses on developing digital skills and competencies among Belarusians, mitigating the negative effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, and supporting organizations in their digital transformation and improvement of digital skills among their target groups.
The coalition conducts activities aimed at enhancing digital skills, critical thinking, digital literacy, and security, as well as adapting to online work formats for young professionals, older adults, and representatives of vulnerable groups, including those from regional areas.
